Aloha Friends and Family,

We wanted to say thank for your partnership with us Rick Altizer Ministries in 2016. We recently received a new shipment of 46,000 meals of Mana Packs into our warehouse. This is exciting as it is one of our main ministry tools to reach the poor and the homeless with the Good News of Jesus.

The year of 2017 is a year where we will focus in Networking with others in three main areas Evangelism - Benevolence - Discipleship. We know God’s nature is to love man, to heal and restore him. The compassion of Jesus in us causes us to identify with the people in need. So there is this irresistible urge to reach out to the poor, needy and those in bondage. To do something by Faith in God to help these people to find their lives in Christ.

As we are imitating Jesus’ pattern of ministry we are seeing fruit. We continue to minister in the Waianae Boat Harbor Homeless camp. In November we conducted a Thanksgiving outreach where we fed 120 people in the camp and preached the Gospel and 7 people gave their lives to Jesus. In December we conducted a Christmas outreach where we gave 52 Christmas gifts to the children. What a wonderful time we had. The bottom right picture is of Reba sharing the Christmas Story with the Keiki pronounced (KayKee) which is children in Hawaiian language.

Many of these children would not have experienced Christmas gifts and heard the Christmas Story if it was not for our faithful supporters and the leading of the Holy Spirit.

We continue to minister in Kailua Beach Park to the homeless with Bags of Hope. These are bags that have travel size toiletries and food. We pray for those in need. We pray for the Lord to lead us to the right people and that our words and

gestures would be a great reminder of the immeasurable worth each person has to go. We are making new relationships and new opportunities to feed the poor, needy and the homeless. We were recently in West Oahu and meeting with the Director of the camp who told us of a group of families who live in a camp in the mountains. There are about 25 families with children that we will start ministering to this next week. We also have the opportunity to minister to a homeless camp that has 18 families with

children in South Oahu named Waimanalo. Some of the most exciting news we have to report is Rick has met with the Office of the Governor to explore how Faith Based organizations can work with them concerning the homeless children and youth.

God is good! We are excited for this new year. Thank you for your prayers and support!
